Two SkyTeam Alliance buddies spending some time together at Narita..

Making way down to the departures runway ... 16R.

Mr. FedEx thundering down the runway.

Entering 16R..

Company aircraft as we liftoff..

Up, up here we go, go!  (And up go the gear!)

To quote my words as this moment, "F*&k, this is a beautiful plane."

Busy skies over Tokyo..

Thanks to First Class once again, saying, "Siyonara, Tokyo!"

Crossing the Sea of Japan

Coastline of the Korean Peninsula.

Lovely visibility, no?

The spotters were out again ~ Thank you!

Everything about this plane is beautiful..

Home of HL7611 for a few days, then it's back home to bring this adventure to a close! #sosad ;-)

VISUAL HIGHLIGHTS (Singapore 012 SUPER)

An amazing trip this was.  The weather was much better than expected.  Flight time was roughly six hours and forty five minutes.  Weather in Singapore was unusual visibility and winds were light but variable.  We wanted to make this mission shine as it was our finale mission for Singapore.

Enjoy the shots! -Jeremy

Entering 02R..  Getting ready to say goodbye to Singapore for a long while.  (So Sad!)

Up, up, and away!

Upon liftoff, we made a 15 degree right bank to 35..

During our ascent we run into a nice A330 belonging to Northwest <cough> Delta Airlines.. ;)

Keeping a visual of it out of my office window.  I love the shape of the Airbus office windows.

On final for Tokyo-Narita 34L..  Looks like we are going to give those two down there holding a show.

A United 744 holding for KSFO and Korean 002 heavy (Boeing 777) close behind for our next destination, Seoul.

Looks like the spotters were out again.

Our final moments with Star Alliance Member, Singapore Airlines.

Easy does it..

Hey! ~ This is a non-smoking flight!

Slowing down pretty quickly here.  Hey, are those NW A330's I'm spotting?  Where's Karlene when you need her?

Singapore Airlines.  Beautiful Airline and Beautiful Plane!

United's ride to SFO departing as we wait our gate assignment ... sigh!

Two great pieces of metal at work.  The Boeing 747 and the Airbus A380.

VISUAL HIGHLIGHTS (Singapore 222 SUPER)

Making way to 16R as a Qantas heavy 767 touches down..
"182 @ 23 ... cleared for take off 16R ... 'SINGAPORE 2,2,2 SUPER'.."

Vr, Rotate

My traditional tower pose..

As graceful as this looks, it was the opposite.  Very choppy ascent..
Finally above that mess downstairs and into some sunshine!

Something I don't like...  It's 15:45 (3:45pm) and the sun is already setting.  I hate winter...

The beginning stages of our Australian cross country voyage..

A very steep bank as we descend and prepare our path to Singapore's 20L..

Gear down and final for Singapore's 20L.  This is where it gets exciting - air stability wise..

Down our path to the runway passengers were holding on to their seats.  The closer we came to the ground.. the choppier the conditions became.  It was actually one of the most challenging and exciting landings I've had with this aircraft.

The moment of truth...

Touchdown!

Yes, we didn't make the centre line..  But cheers to an awesome and challenging landing!
